UK – Armstrong Craven appoints new leadership

26 May 2016

UK-based recruitment firm Armstrong Craven has made a number of changes to its management team including appointing a new Deputy CEO.

Armstrong Craven has promoted Rachel Davis to the position of Deputy CEO from her previous role as Chief Operating Officer and Practice Lead for Healthcare and Life Sciences.

As a result of this new appointment, Kanesh Khilosia has joined the company as the new COO, while Jo Bibby is promoted to Operations Director from the position of Senior Client Partner – Technology and Professional Services. Khilosia previously served as CEO of professional services firm DBG.

Olivia Wynn has replaced Davis as Practice Lead for Healthcare and Life Sciences. Wynn was previously Rachel’s deputy delivering assignments for healthcare brands.

The company has also brought on board a number of other new recruits in areas including project management, sales and business development.

“We are finding that our global talent mapping and pipelining services are in increasing demand from corporates which are looking for specialist firms which can deliver high quality work together with exceptional return-on-investment,” Matthew Mellor, CEO of Armstrong Craven, said.

“In-house talent acquisition teams are looking for specialist skills which complement their own internal strengths,” Mellor said. “They like the fact we can build robust pipelines for immediate and future need and that ownership of all data gathered remains with the client.”

Armstrong Craven provides a range of talent mapping, pipelining and insight services to sectors including technology, financial services, healthcare and life sciences, professional services, consumer and industrial.
