The Dutch Staffing Group announced it has acquired Greatday, a Netherlands-based HR, recruitment and secondment firm focused on healthcare.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Greatday provides HR services, recruitment and selection, secondment and interim, as well as recruitment services. It focuses on the pharmaceutical sector, as well as medical devices, biotechnology, and non-profit healthcare.

Corneel Bakker, CEO and Founder of The Dutch Staffing Group, told Flexnieuws, “We are extremely happy with the acquisition of Greatday. With this we are really taking a new step in sectors that we strongly believe in and of course it also contributes to our ambitious growth objective. Greatday has been proven successful for a long time and has a lot of potential for further growth.”

The acquisition of Greatday marks The Dutch Staffing Group’s third acquisition. Last year The Dutch Staffing Group acquired Assignmentz (Uitzendbureau Assignmentz), an employment agency based in the Netherlands. The company’s other acquisition is Tempforce Personeelsdiensten, an employment and recruitment agency in retail, customer service and logistics, also based in the Netherlands.
