The number of hours worked by temporary workers in Switzerland was up 6.8% year over year for the period from June to August, according to Swissstaffing’s new Staffingindex.

Since the beginning of the year, temporary worker hours  have grown by 10.9%, suggesting a  gradual slowdown in the growth rate, according to the organisation.

It was previously reported this week that the Michael Page Swiss Job Index found an 11.7% increase year over year in advertised jobs in September.
