Veteranpoolen AB, a Swedish firm that offers household services and staffing services and claims to be Sweden's largest employer for retirees, reported net sales today of SEK 91.1 million (€8.5 million) for the second quarter ended 30 June 2018, an increase of 50.0% when compared to the previous year.

The group also reported net sales of SEK 145.3 million (€13.6 million) for the six months ended 30 June 2018, which was an increase of 56.7% compared to the same period last year.
Mats Claesson, CEO of Veteranpoolen, commented, “Veteranpoolen AB had a good development during the second quarter of 2018. Focused work on delivering good services and investments to reach more customers and more senior citizens who want to work more has yielded positive results.”
Veteranpoolen was founded in 2007 by Ingrid Erlandsson. The company specialises in employing retirees and offers staffing services for property management, office services, finance/administration , cleaning, sales & customer service, warehousing & logistics throughout Sweden.
As of last trade, Veteranpoolen traded at SEK 17.90 (€1.68), up 5.29% on the day. Based on its current share price the company has a market value of SEK 324.69 million (€30.5 million).
