Sweden – NetJobs appoints new CEO

Swedish job board NetJobs (NJOB: STO) announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Niklas Eriksson as new CEO. 

Eriksson’s will take office no later than 1 January 2020 and then replace acting CEO Johan Henriksson.

Henriksson, who has been acting CEO of NetJobs since March 2019, will remain in that role until the end of the year and then enter into a role that means more sales focus with emphasis on strengthening relations with Netjobs’ Key Account customers.

Eriksson was previously CEO of NetJobs from 2013 to 2016. His current role is that of CEO for Assessit AB. 

“It feels very inspiring to come back to Netjobs,” Eriksson said. “I have a strong faith in the company and look forward to realising Netjob's strategy together with the board and the staff,”

The Board of Directors of NetJobs also announced that it appointed Lukas Bacic as new vice president and sales director with effect from no later than 2 September 2019. 

Bacic’s most recent role was that of senior consultant at Assessit AB. He has previously worked as Sales Manager at NetJobs and, among other things, has successfully started and built up the German sales office in Berlin.

“It is very positive to be able to introduce Lukas Bacic as new vice president and sales director at NetJobs,” Kvick said. “Lukas will focus on increasing NetJob's sales and implementing our strategy to offer attractive Membership and Contract Solutions to our customers. Lukas has an inspiring leadership with a lot of positive energy and personifies NetJob's culture and values.”
