Revenue 156.0 147.0 6.1% 16.1

During the Q1 period NGS acquired consulting company Socionomuthyrning i Sverige AB (Social Work Rentals) to continue to develop its social services business. The agreement was concluded on 28 March 2017 and the shares were acquired on 2 May 2017. The company's operations will be reported in the NGS Group's financial reporting from the second quarter of 2017.

During the quarter, the company had growth in Swedish nursing crew while medical staff were on a par with last year. School activities still have challenges in terms of access to staff and declined compared with the first quarter of 2016. This affects affected growth and the compay’s operating margin negatively. The operating margin is also affected by pressure within parts of the medical staffing business.

As of 2017, a change in the segment report has been carried out in line with NGS's strategy. The new segment report consists of two segments, Crew (Care and School) and Lead Supply, which includes NGS Group business in the field of economics, where they are employed in recruitment and interim solutions by managers and specialists. The change has been made to better reflect NGS's business today and onwards.

Net sales were broken down with 88% for Crew and 12% for Leadership.
