Sweden – Hedera Group Q2 revenue up 9%

Swedish recruitment services firm Hedera Group (HEGR:SS) reported revenue for the second quarter ended 30 June 2017 of SEK 37.6 million (€ million), an increase of 9.3% compared to last year.

Hedera Group provides staffing and recruiting within niche professions. Through subsidiaries, Medical Resource, Swedish Medical Service, All Care Semaforen and Pridoc, the company offers medical staffing for primary care and hospital care throughout Sweden.

Last year the group acquired and consolidated medical staffing company Pridoc Bemanning AB and medical staffing companies Svensk Läkartjänst LIL AB and All Care Semaforen AB of Ejven Holding AB.

“Hedera Group now has more than a year of operations as a group,” CEO Bertil Haglund, said. “In May last year, the acquisition of Pridoc and Svensk Läkartjänst was carried out. It has been an intensive year with many changes where we initially focused on creating a good working environment and the opportunity for everyone to participate and influence. We have succeeded in anticipation and integration has created a platform for continued participation.”

In trading today Hedera Group traded at SEK 17.50, down 7.89% on the day and 9.38% above its 52-week low of SEK 16.00, set on 22 August 2017. Based on its current share price the company has a market value of SEK 62.55 million.
