Spanish professional staffing firm Catenon (COM: MAB) announced the appointment of Miguel Ángel Navarro as the new CEO.

Navarro was previously the Vice-President as well as COO for Catenon and will be taking over from Javier Ruiz de Azcárate.

Azcárate will continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

“The appointment reinforces the organisational structure to address the new challenges of the company’s strategic plan for the next years,” Catenon stated.  “With this decision the company seeks to invigorate its organisational structure in preparing to face the new projects of the next few years in addition to endorsing the best corporate governance practices.”
