Smartree Romania, an HR services outsourcing firm reported turnover increased by 20% to €14.5 million for the full year 2017, when compared to the previous year.

The group announced that turnover was driven by an increase in the temporary labour services segment and in salary calculations outsourcing, as well as in the HR software applications segment.

The temporary work services segment grew by 30% over the year. Adrian Stanciu, CEO of Smartree stated that the increase was of particular importance as Romania’s environment is unfavourable for temporary work due to labour market conditions.

Looking ahead, the company said it aims to increase its market share in the temporary work segment.

Smartree was founded in 2000 and offers a full range of outsourcing HR processes, from payroll, personnel administration, analysis and reporting for management, recruitment, temporary employment.
