Cegoc and Cegos Group acquired Neves de Almeida HR Consulting, a Lisbon, Portugal-based provider of executive search, skills assessment, talent management and other services.

This acquisition comes in response to clients’ desire for more complete, digital and integrated solutions, according to a post on LinkedIn by Cegoc. In addition, Negocios reported that Ricardo Martins, CEO of Cegoc Portugal, said the deal will grow its business in Portugal as well as Portuguese-speaking countries.

Cegos, based in France, is focused on professional training and coaching. It operates in 12 countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
