Polish contract, RPO, and outsourcing company Work Service Group has completed the sale of its 95% stake in IT Kontrakt for PLN 146.9 million (€34.6 million) to private equity firm Oaktree Capital Management (represented in Poland by Cornerstone Partners).

The group also announced that it sold another unit, ProService Worldwide, to its shareholder Prologics for PLN 7 million (€1.6 million) plus a "guarantee price" of PLN 20.5 million (€4.8 million).

Work Service first announced that it signed a preliminary agreement for IT Kontract earlier this year.

The group’s full year revenue for the year ending 31 December 2016 was PLN 2.48 billion (586.5 million).
