Personnel on the move: Personio, Unique, Circle8Group, Adcorp

Personio, a European HR software company for small and mid-sized organisations, appointed Lenke Taylor as chief people officer (CPO). Taylor joins to lead Personio’s people strategy as the company enters its next phase of growth as well as support its product teams in building market leading solutions for HR leaders like herself. Taylor was previously chief people officer for Twitch and Buzzfeed. She was appointed as an advisor for PeopleTech Partners in 2022.

Mandy Stevens-Braun announced she has resigned from her general manager position at Unique, a part of RGF Staffing. In a LinkedIn post, Stevens-Braun said she was resigning with effect from 1 March 2024. “After the peak of the corona crisis, our mission was to reposition Unique in the market. And with success,” she said. “Now that Unique is ready for a new phase, it is time for me to look further myself. I will do this by first enjoying my family, and then starting a new adventure full of energy.” She had been appointed to the role in January 2022. Prior to that she was a commercial director at Graydon.

Circle8Group announced on 5 March that Ronald Raidt will start as chief marketing officer with immediate effect after being chief commercial officer within Seven Stars, a part of Circle8Group, for 3.5 years.

Seven Stars also announced on 4 March that Pascal Meerwijk joined as managing director with immediate effect. He will join the management team of Seven Stars. Previously he was with Akkodis Netherlands as CEO and VP. He held roles with the Adecco Group and Ajilon in the Netherlands.

South Africa-based Adcorp announced Lisa Laporte has resigned as Adcorp's company secretary with effect from 30 April 2024. The board of directors of Adcorp said they would like to thank Laporte for her contributions to the company over the years and wishes her well in her future endeavours. The company also announced it has begun the process of recruiting a new company secretary.

The IN Group announced it has appointed Charlotte Roberts as chief people officer in February 2024 to oversee the global people and culture function. As CPO, she has the task of developing and engaging people. She was previously global people director at Leathwaite.
