Randstad BeLux

Randstad BeLux (Belgium and Luxembourg) announced that it has appointed Jerry Hamal as new managing director for Randstad Digital BeLux. He succeeds Andy Stynen who has left the company.

Randstad Digital BeLux is Randstad's division that helps companies transform faster by providing them with access to global talent, competencies and solutions in various areas of specialisation. He succeeds Andy Stynen who has left the company.

Hamal held numerous commercial and managerial positions within IT and digital for Elsevier Training and Telenet, among others. From 2014 to 2018, he previously worked at Ausy, which was renamed Randstad Digital last August, first as account director and later as chief commercial officer.

Hamal is also on the board of CoderDojo Belgium, which he founded ten years ago together with Martine Tempels, Koen Pellegrims and Johan Kerckhoven. Coderdojo is a nonprofit organization that organizes free programming classes.

“We strive to help our clients bring the right talents on board and provide digital solutions and services that help them grow,” Hamal said. “I am greatly looking forward to continuing to shape this with the full management team and all colleagues.”

SD Worx

SD Worx has appointed Teresa Olszewska as managing director for its SAP Solutions business. Olszewska will report into Tom Saeys, chief operating officer at SD Worx. 

As part of her new role, Olszewska will manage the vision and strategy for SAP Solutions, including steering the overall go-to-market approach and leading the SD Worx SAP Solutions management team. Olszewska will combine her new function with her current position as managing director of Gavdi Poland, the Polish SAP Solutions market leader which SD Worx acquired in October 2023.

Olszewska said, “My goal is to further strengthen our position as leader in the European SAP market, and I’m very excited to get started. I believe we can truly offer the best services with a global approach for international customers, and a tailored local approach for domestic organisations. I look forward to the journey ahead and working closely together with both our customers and my team to empower our SAP capabilities and help our customers with their payroll and HR challenges.”
