UK-based interim and permanent recruitment and executive search specialist VMAGROUP announced the appointment of Andrew Harvey as Group CEO. Harvey will take over the role previously held by Julia Meighan, who moves into the position of Chair of VMAGROUP. Harvey joined VMAGROUP in 2013 and for the last two years has been UK Executive Director, responsible for the growth and development of all aspects of the UK business. In his new role as CEO, he will focus on driving growth from the company’s recruitment and executive search services across the entire international business, including offices in Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and in the UK.

Alexander Mann Solutions announced that Janine Chidlow will be joining the Alexander Mann Solutions team as Sector Managing Director. She brings over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment, MSP and RPO sector. Chidlow has previously worked with Resource Solutions and Hudson RPO.

RPO partner Cielo has announced Klaus Töpfer as its new Vice President of Business Development for Germany. Töpfer previously worked with KellyOCG, most receltny as Principal, Talent Advisory Services.

Morgan McKinley announced that it has appointed James Franklin to head up its legal recruitment division as associate director. Franklin will be responsible for the UK Legal Division at Morgan McKinley, which specialises in placing qualified lawyers at all levels within private practice and in-house roles within financial services and commerce & industry. His experience includes spending a decade with Robert Walters, most recently as an associate director.
