Online staffing firm Upwork Inc. appointed Erin Thomas as head of diversity, inclusion and belonging. Thomas joins Upwork from Paradigm Strategy Inc., a diversity and inclusion strategy firm. Prior to Paradigm, she has held positions at Grant Thornton LLP and Argonne National Laboratory. Thomas has a Doctor of Philosophy in social psychology from Yale University.
