Pion Group (PION B:STO), a Sweden-based staffing provider previously known as Poolia AB, announced it is recruiting a CFO with the search to be handled by Poolia Executive Search AB. Financial Manger Kent Thudén will continue in his role.

Gina Boswell is stepping down from the board at ManpowerGroup Inc. effective 31 December. Boswell had been on ManpowerGroup’s board since 2007 and was recently appointed CEO of retailer Bath & Body Works. Ms. Boswell indicated that her decision to resign was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.

Former Randstad nv CEO Ben Noteboom was nominated to become a member of the supervisory board at chemical company AkzoNobel nv during that firm’s upcoming general meeting in April. The board intends to elect Noteboom as chair.
