Korn Ferry announced that Nick Faure has joined Korn Ferry Hay Group as a Senior Client Partner, based in the London office. Faure was most recently UK Managing Partner at Practicus Consulting, leading the UK consulting business.  “Nick’s expertise in program and change management, combined with his passion for consulting solutions, makes him an excellent addition to Korn Ferry, and we’re excited to bring his skills to the firm and our clients,” John Douglas, Head of EMEA, Korn Ferry Hay Group, said.

Executive search firm SRICheyenne has expanded with the addition of Keith McAllister as a partner and leader of its digital media, technology and private equity practices. Focused on internet, digital media and SaaS companies, McAllister joins the firm from Accelent, where he executed C-level assignments for a range of clients. SRiCheyenne was recently launched following the January merger of the US-based media and content recruitment provider, Cheyenne Group, and UK-headquartered SRi (formerly Sports Recruitment International).

TRANSEARCH International has announced the opening of an office in Sofia, Bulgaria where Krasen Vladimirov will lead the new office as managing partner of TRANSEARCH Bulgaria. Vladimirov has more than 15 years of experience in HR and operational executive leadership positions and focuses on technology, professional and financial services. He has previously worked as a senior consultant for Stanton Chase International and as an HR Consultant at Enhance and HR Country Head at Siemens.

ZRG Partners, a US-based executive search firm has expanded its recently launched London office with the additions of Tim Kemp and Christophe Mille. Kemp was recently with Korn Ferry, where he led the professional services search practice in the UK. He also led the HR search practice of CTPartners across Europe. Mille will be a member of the firm’s industrial practice, where he will partner with the natural resource and energy teams. Previously, he was a partner with London-based boutique firm Zetein Associates. Before that, he was a director with Warren Partners. He also worked with Korn Ferry.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates has appointed Peter L. O'Brien as the new Region Head for Asia Pacific. In this role, O'Brien will be responsible for managing the firm's business across the region and driving growth in key markets, including China, India, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia, as well as Australia and New Zealand.  Peter is also a member of the firm's Global Board & CEO Advisory Group. Previously, he led the Global Supply Chain Practice as well as the Global Industrial Services & Infrastructure Sector for the firm, and is continuing as a mentor for both.

Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Flavio Zollo as a Partner in its Global Financial Services Practice. Based in Milan, Zollo will focus on strengthening the firm’s search and leadership advisory offering in insurance and consumer finance, as well as on operations and technology roles in the financial services sector. Flavio has more than 15 years’ executive search experience. Flavio was formerly an executive director at Russell Reynolds and a client partner at Korn Ferry International.
