The InterQuest Group, a provider of staffing and recruitment solutions, announced Greg Coleshill, the current Chief Operating Officer (COO) of InterQuest, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) within the InterQuest Staffing business with immediate effect. Coleshill has played a pivotal role in growing InterQuest’s Risk business over the past four years and successfully undertaking the COO role earlier this year. As CEO, Coleshill will be entrusted with full responsibility for the operational running of InterQuest.

Chris Eldridge, outgoing CEO, will transition into the role of Chief Growth Officer. With a deep understanding of the group's dynamics and a strong commitment to driving customer acquisition, Elridge will focus his energies on driving revenue through cultivating opportunities across both existing and new customers. Additionally, he will continue to oversee the InterQuest's business in America.

Neil Brown, the Group's Finance Director, will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) within InterQuest. He first joined InterQuest in 2017 as group financial controller.

India-based IT and Engineering staffing firm, Xpheno, announced it has appointed Ramakrishna Bhagavan as Chief Financial Officer. Bhagavan joins the leadership team at the Bengaluru-based staffing firm with 25 years of domestic and global experience in the banking sector. Bhagavan has worked at HSBC, ABN Amro, Kotak Mahindra, IDFC Bank & Mauritius bank. Prior to joining Xpheno, he was engaged in advisory roles with fintech startups.

German-based talent platform, Soorce, announced that Marcel Suchy has joined the company as Head of Strategy. The group said his extensive expertise and 15-year track record in the staffing industry make him a valuable addition to the team. He previously worked for Hays as Head of Strategy in Germany. At Soorce, he will shape the strategic direction of the company and drive growth.
