Executive search organization IIC Partners Executive Search Worldwide announced Ineke Arts has been appointed chair of the Council for Europe and Africa by the Association for Executive Search Consultants. Arts is partner and founder of Hoffman & Associates, a Brussels, Belgium-based executive search firm.

London-based hospitality recruiter The Change Group plans to open a new Hong Kong branch, and Suzanna Jones will lead the operation with Dan Lam as local country manager, Bdaily reported. Jones has nine years of experience in management search and recruiting in the region.

JXT, a provider of cloud-based recruitment marketing solutions such as job boards for the recruitment market, has named Jorge Albinagorta as its director of innovation and strategy. Albinagorta’s previous role in the staffing industry include having served as a director of sales operations and marketing at ManpowerGroup Inc. JXT is based in Sydney.

Kincannon & Reed, a search firm specializing in the food, agribusiness and life sciences sectors announced David Carpintero joined the firm as managing director, working out of Brussels where he will focus on senior recruitments for crop input, crop processing and trading, and produce clients across Europe and worldwide. He most recently had an 18-year career in corporate affairs with Monsanto that spanned postings in Europe, America and Latin America.

Amrop, a global leadership consulting and executive search firm headquartered in Brussels, added Cédric Pasquier as principal consultant in Shanghai. He has 12 years’ experience in the oil and gas, steel manufacturing, on-site services and recruitment sectors. Pasquier speaks English, French, Spanish, Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia and is familiar with Asian, European and American business etiquettes.
