Federgon, the Belgian federation of staffing agencies, has announced that Herman Nijns is the new President of Federgon. He will succeed Christophe Velge, who has held this position since 2014. Nijns is the CEO of Randstad Group Belgium & Luxembourg and began his career in 1988 with Interlabor Intérim, a division of Randstad, and has been active in Federgon since 2005, including as a member of the Board of Directors.

International executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has has appointed Bo Herbst to lead its Industrial Practice worldwide as Global Practice Managing Partner. Herbst joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2000, and has led senior executive and board director searches within industrial and manufacturing sectors. He was named Regional Practice Managing Partner for the firm's Industrial Practice in the Americas in 2013, a role that he will continue to hold while leading the practice globally.

Kincannon & Reed, an international executive search firm serving the agribusiness, food, and life sciences sectors, announced that David Carpintero has joined the firm as Managing Director. Carpintero will work out of Brussels, Belgium, where he will focus on senior recruitments for crop input, crop processing and trading, and produce clients across Europe and worldwide. He previously worked with Monsanto.

Executive search firm Pedersen & Partners, has announced that Mutlu Eroglu has joined its Istanbul team as Principal in Turkey. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Eroğlu served for eight years as the Country Manager for Turkish-based recruitment and leadership consulting services firm Nicholson International Turkey. Eroğlu brings to the firm more than fifteen years of senior executive recruitment experience from diverse sectors including Production, Energy, Tourism, FMCG & Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Real Estate & Construction, and Technology.

Sevenstep, an RPO provider, has added four industry leaders to its executive team. The new hires include: Koye Adejumo, Director, Global Client Services (United Kingdom). Adejumo previously worked with Alexander Mann Solutions. Ben Cox, Director, Client Services (Australia), who previously worked with Honeywell, IBM and Alexander Mann Solutions. Thomas Leeper, Executive Director, Client Solutions (United States) who also worked with Alexander Mann Solutions, and James May, Vice President, Global Client Solutions (United Kingdom), who worked with Allegis and Alexander Mann Solutions.
