UK-based staffing firm Aristotle Partnerships announced it has appointed Paul Smith as Group CEO. Smith was previously Chief Operating Officer at Gi Group in the UK. He first joined Gi Group in the UK in 2004. His previous experience includes Manpower UK and Blue Arrow.

Ireland-based Sigmar Recruitment announced the appointment of Mike McDonagh as Chief Operating Officer of the company. He first joined Sigmar as a director in 2020. Prior to joining Sigmar in 2020, McDonagh oversaw the growth of Hays Ireland as its Managing Director. He also currently serves on the board of Boardmatch, Ireland’s national corporate governance charity.

Julia Kermode, founder of IWork and former chief of the FCSA (Freelancer & Contractor Services Association) has become the PayePass CEO. PayePass is a software development house that develops software specifically for the temporary workforce sector. One of its software solutions PayePass Payroll is a cloud-based platform. The PayePass Verify software solution provides payroll, data analysis, verification and assurance.

UK-based recruitment firm Gleeson Recruitment Group appointed Laura Cooke as CFO. She was previously CFO for the Old Vic theatre in London. She has held finance leadership roles in Thames Valley Housing Association, Auto Trader UK, and Cera Care.
