South African recruitment firm AdvTech announced that Didier Oesch has been appointed as Acting Company Secretary of the company with effect from 28 June 2019. Oesch will act as acting Company Secretary for a limited period until a full time Company Secretary is appointed. Oesch was previously Group Financial Director for AdvTech since August 2005.

Recruitment firm Ambition appointed Ben Stevenson as Director of business development, marketing & communications. Stevenson has previously worked in Robert Walters, Hudson Global Resources, FHR, and EMR. Stevenson will be responsible for growing the UK business.

Coople, a European ondemand jobs platform previously known as Staff Finder, appointed Kevin Green as a strategic advisor. Green is also Founder and CEO of What’s Next Consultancy. He was previously Chief Executive of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. Green is also a strategic advisor for recruitment marketing firm Wave and FS Recruitment.

London-based Rota, a staffing app, announced the appointment of its new Head of Partnership Sales. Terry Payne has been appointed at Rota’s Head Office in London, and will be responsible for leading the company’s continued success, currently forecast to accelerate turnover by 200% during 2019. Payne’s background includes operations and leadership positions at companies such as Spring Personnel, Adecco Group and Adia, a digital staffing subsidiary of the Adecco Group.
