Elena Bule has been appointed director of corporate communication in Spain for the Adecco Group. Bule has more than 20 years of experience in the communication sector. She began her career in 1998 at Cambio 16 magazine as a culture and society editor. She later joined the communications agency Text 100 (currently Archetype) where for 11 years she specialised in strategic consulting in the technology industry. In 2014 Bule was appointed communications director of Twitter Spain and spent more than 8 years there. In her new position as corporate communications director of The Adecco Group Spain, she faces the challenge of continuing the path of extraordinary results obtained in recent years.

The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) announced it has appointed Clive Hutchings as a new board member. Hutchings joins the REC Board immediately as a non-executive director. Hutchings is executive director and Founder at STR Group, an international recruitment company formed in 2000, with a collection of micro-specialist brands. STR partners with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) companies to solve their biggest workforce problems. The board consists of external directors who are independent and do not serve as company executives at REC. They bring their unique expertise and independent views to ensure the REC is run effectively and efficiently on its members’ behalf.

Dutch IT staffing firm Vibe Group announced Steven Quinn will serve as non-executive chairman of the board of directors. Quinn, who has been involved with Vibe Group in an advisory capacity for several years, will further intensify his engagement within the group. As non-executive chairman, Quinn will work closely with the board of directors. This direct involvement is considered invaluable for shaping the strategic direction and decision-making processes within Vibe Group.
