Openjobmetis announced that it completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Just On Business S.p.A., as well as 100% of the share capital of the subsidiary Deine Group S.r.l. following clearance from the Italian Antitrust Authority.

The price agreed is €29.7 million in cash, as well as the signature of a three-year non-compete agreement with the founding partners, worth a total of €2.2 million.

Openjobmetis first announced in December 2023 that it signed a preliminary contract to acquire 100% of the share capital of Just on Business SpA, as well as 100% of the share capital of the subsidiary Deine Group Srl.

President Marco Vittorelli said, “With revenues in excess of €110 million, increasing by 18% compared to 2022, and an expected EBITDA of over €4 million, Just on Business represents a growth opportunity for the Openjobmetis Group, as well as an opportunity to consolidate our positioning on the Italian contract work market".

At the same time, French staffing firm Groupe Crit announced its plans to acquire Openjobmetis in December 2023.
