Norwegian staffing and recruitment provider OTIGA Group AS has entered into an agreement to acquire Active Search 1998 A/S, a Danish accounting and finance recruitment firm.

Active Search A/S was founded in 1998 and recruits accounting and finance specialists for the Danish market. The company will further develop its services in the finance segment and will collaborate within the OTIGA Group to increase the footprint in Denmark going forward.

No further financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
