Norwegian staffing and recruitment provider OTIGA Group AS has entered into an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Norwegian staffing company IMO Offshore AS.

IMO Offshore provides engineering staffing services for the offshore sector.

The agreement follows another recent agreement from OTIGA’s to acquire Active Search 1998 A/S, a Danish accounting and finance recruitment firm.

No further financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
