Swiss investment company Axiom Partners, which owns Circle8 (previously known as the The Staffing Group), announced that it has acquired Seven Stars.

Seven Stars, based in Zwolle, Utrecht and Groningen in the Netherlands, is an MSP service provider/broker that focuses on flexible employment and external hiring within the IT industry.

The company has an expected turnover of more than €85 million this year.

Seven Stars will continue to operate independently within the Axiom Group. The acquisition will lead to some changes in the management with current CEO and founder, Marius Nijland transferring (selling) the company to the new owner. Mike Verheijen (CFO) and Ronald Raidt (CCO) will continue the management team together with Corianna Geersing, who joins the management team as Chief People Officer (CPO).

The price of the transaction was not disclosed.

In May 2022, Axiom Partners announced that it acquired FixedToday, a staffing firm based in the Netherlands.
