Dutch recruitment group STAN Partners announced that it reached an agreement to acquire all shares of Teamflex which includes Teamflex Personnel Services and Teamflex Training.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Teamflex is a temporary employment agency based in the Netherlands that focuses on the Transport & Logistics sector. The company will be positioned as a separate operating company within STAN Partners.

STAN Partners is active on the temporary employment market. STAN Partners has organised itself into four operating companies, each with their own services.

The companies include PDZ Uitzendbureau, a temporary employment agency; Loopbaan.nu a specialist in mediating technical talent in temporary and permanent jobs in Greater Amsterdam and (head) North Holland; Flexcellens Payroll; and Louter Recruitment which focuses on the recruitment and selection of professionals in the food industry.
