No fewer than 4,061,126 vacancy ads were online in Q2 2018 in the Netherlands, according to data from Jobfeed, Textkernel's big data tool for online vacancies.

The figures from Jobfeed found that one in ten job vacancies were in the IT sector. Meanwhile, the share of vacancies for a part-time job (32 hours or less) increased by 1.7% when compared to last year.

Furthermore, one in five job vacancies were in the province of Zuid-Holland (South Holland). The occupation with the biggest increase was ‘construction and mineral extraction’ with a 1.9% increase.
