Netherlands – More than half of employees feel the need to change jobs for career progression

According to research by consulting firm Towers Watson Willis, 53% of Dutch workers feel the need to change jobs in order to progress in their careers.

The study shows that employers continue to risk losing their best people to the competition if there is lack of growth opportunities within the company, even if compensation, benefits and corporate culture meet the expectations of employees.
