Dutch staffing firm Luba Group announced that it has acquired Vallei Personeel (Valley Personnel), an employment agency based in Rhenen, Netherlands.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Vallei was founded in 2013 by Peter Thoutenhoofd and he will remain as director of Vallei and active in its daily operations.

"As part of a larger whole, Valley can focus even better on further expansion of the company,” Thoutenhoofd said. “We can focus as much on our customers and flex workers as possible.”

Johan Doornenbal, Director of the Luba Group, also commented, "With the people of Vallei there was a very good click from the very first moment. I look forward to working together and am sure that we will be able to add new insights from Vallei to our experience of 50 years that will take us further.”
