Netherlands – DPA Group names new CEO

03 June 2019

Dutch staffing firm DPA Group announced that Arnold van Mameren will be the new CEO of the group.

Van Mameren will succeed Eric Winter, who had been at the helm of the company since 2011.

At its scheduled Extra General Meeting on 27 August 2019, the group will appoint van Mameren as a member of the Board and will nominate current CEO Eric Winter as a member of the Supervisory Board.

Winter will also resign formally as CEO during this EGM.

“I am happy that Arnold takes over the leadership,” Winter said. “After the transformation of the past year, DPA is ready for the future. A future that is more than ever focused on value creation for all stakeholders, with the development and growth of specialised professionals as the central principle.”

Van Mamern studied technical physics and started his career at Pink Elephant (later PinkRoccade). Here he led several large units and contributed to the integration with Getronics in 2005. After that, he became ultimately responsible for the Getronics consulting business unit.

In 2010, Mameren became ultimately responsible for KPN Consulting, which under his leadership received recognition as a Great Place to Work. After two years as Director Operations at EY Advisory Services, he successfully completed a turnaround at cloud services integrator Pink Elephant.

Ron Icke, chairman of the DPA Supervisory Board, commented, “Arnold has a lot of experience in connecting the best talents in the labour market and developing organisations. His management experience, knowledge of recruitment and digitization and his track record with change projects fit in well with DPA. This makes him very suitable for further shaping the ambitions of the company.”
