TCP Direct, the Dutch subsidiary of UK-based payrolling firm TCP Solutions, was declared bankrupt on Monday by a court in Amsterdam, RTL Z reported. Negotiations with client company ING about a rescue plan failed on Friday, according to the report. ING said it would guarantee payment to workers at its site.
