Morson Group, a UK-based engineering recruitment firm, announced it successfully concluded the acquisition of InterQuest Group UK Limited, a technology recruitment business, and its sister company Astraeus Consulting Limited.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The strategic move is part of Morson’s commitment to expanding its service offerings and solidifying its presence in the technology and professional services markets across the UK, EU, and US.

Founded in 2001, InterQuest Group has a focus on digital, data, and technology skills.

Under the leadership of CEO Greg Coleshill, chairman Gary Ashworth, and other key directors, InterQuest Group’s brand portfolio specialises in areas such as technology and risk staffing (InterQuest), digital specialists (ECOM), and fully flexible talent management (evolve). 

According to InterQuest, this strategic acquisition enables collaboration with similarly focussed Morson Group companies and will enhance the group’s ability to provide clients access to highly sought-after talent, solidifying a pivotal role in talent acquisition and human capital development.
