Swedish Recruitment firm Job Solution Sweden announced it has entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of 100% of the shares in A-Talent Group Sweden AB and A-Staffing Group Sweden AB including their subsidiaries.

The preliminary purchase price amounts to a cash and debt-free basis of SEK 75 million (USD 7.2 million), which is based on a company value of SEK 65 million plus preliminary net cash of SEK 10 million, to be paid through a combination of cash and shares in Job Solution.

A-Talent and A-Staffing are recruitment, consulting and staffing companies with operations all over Sweden and with a combined expected turnover of approximately SEK 220 million (USD 21.3 million) for the business year 2023. The transaction is conditional, among other things, on Job Solution receiving sufficient funding to implement the transaction.

The acquisition is estimated to take effect from 1 February 2024, provided that all conditions have been met.

Job Solution said the acquisition of A-Talent and A-Staffing enables fantastic synergy effects.

“The businesses complement each other in a good way, where Job Solution now, even better than before, has the opportunity to become a comprehensive supplier for customers regarding the provision of skills,” the group stated.

“In addition to clear synergistic effects in the business, cost savings are also made possible for joint administrative services, offices and personnel via cross-deals in the companies. The acquisition is also in line with Job Solutions' stated strategy for growth, where the acquisition of companies that can complement Job Solutions' existing business is prioritised,” Job Solution stated.

A-Staffing has delivered niche staffing & recruitment services across Sweden since 1999. The company is divided into two business areas: ‘Industry’ which offers consultants and recruitment of qualified industrial personnel and ‘Construction’ which is niched towards qualified professionals in construction, electricity & facility.

A-Talent Tech, a subsidiary of A-Talent, has since 2005 worked in the niche of recruiting and consulting hire of employees with technical competence. A-Search, founded in 1991 and a subsidiary of A-Talent, has two business areas both based in the executive search process. One finds, attracts and recruits within finance, HR and administration and offers interim and consulting services. The second recruits candidates for managerial, specialist and board positions.
