House of HR full-year revenue up 8.1% as profits improve

House of HR, the Belgian staffing firm and the 7th largest staffing firm in Europe, reported like-for-like revenue growth of 8.1% for the full year 2023. Revenue totalled €3.39 billion.

The group said it reported growth despite facing ‘formidable market headwinds’.

EBITDA stood at €373 million, up 2.4% with an EBITDA margin of 11%.

CEO Rika Coppens said, "While 2023 was probably not the easiest year in the market, we have succeeded to outperform the market again in 2023. Being able to grow our sales and keep our strong EBITDA margin is a fantastic performance. I am immensely proud of our teams' ability to navigate through uncertainty and deliver exceptional results."

House of HR made six strategic acquisitions during 2023. The group also highlighted the establishment of 'House of Healthcare' following the acquisition of Pluss in the German healthcare sector.

Coppens said, "As we move into 2024, our focus remains steadfast on driving sales. We are optimistic about our prospects and will continue to pursue growth opportunities."
