Hireroo, a US-based talent solutions firm, announced it is merging with TalentXD, a Malta-based boutique recruitment firm.

Financial details were not disclosed.

TalentXD is a boutique recruitment and talent advisory house, specialised in iGaming, Esports, financial services and Blockchain. It also offers RPO services.

Established in 2023, Hireroo was founded with expertise spanning sectors like casino, gambling, fintech, and tech. Its services comprise a job board, a recruitment agency, and an hr-focused blog, primarily catering to the European market.

The combined entity’s new CEO will be the Founder of TalentXD Kim Gehrke. In a LinkedIn post, Gehrke said, “I'm honoured to step into the role of CEO for this combined entity. With the combined strength of Hireroo and TalentXD, we aim to elevate the candidate experience in iGaming recruitment to unparalleled levels.”

The merger will create a new iGaming recruitment service, helping Hireroo expand the services it offers, while also being able to break into new markets across Scandinavia, Europe and Africa, according to the Gambling Insider.
