Groupe Crit Q4 revenue up 5.6% with acquisition

Groupe Crit SA, the Paris-based staffing firm, reported fourth-quarter temporary staffing revenue rose 5.6% year over year to €519.9 million (US$573.8 million) with the help of its acquisition of OK Job in Switzerland. However, on an organic, constant currency basis, temp revenue fell 1.4%.

Temp staffing at Groupe Crit’s operations outside France rose 28.2% on a reported basis to €151.1 million (US$166.8 million) thanks to the boost from OK Job.

In France, temp staffing revenue fell 1.5% to €368.8 million (US$407.0 million) in the fourth quarter.

US temp staffing revenue fell 0.6% to €63.1 million (US$69.6 million) in the fourth quarter.

Total revenue at Groupe Crit for the quarter was €646.8 million (US$713.8 million), an increase of 1.6% on an organic basis.

The company also operates a multi-services division that provides services at airports. Revenue in this division rose 15.0% year over year in the fourth quarter to €135.4 million (US$149.4 million).

Groupe Crit shares last traded at €71.80, down 1.10% on the day and 16.18% above the 52 week low of €61.80 set on 1 November 2023. The company has a market cap of €816.75 million.
