Global Telco Consult (GTC), an application to person (A2P) business messaging consultancy, announced the acquisition of Lookout, a Dubai-based boutique recruitment firm.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Global Telco Consult said the strategic acquisition marks a significant expansion in its service portfolio, introducing dedicated recruitment services to meet the growing demands of customers in the rapidly evolving telecom sector.

Lookout focuses on various industries, including telecommunications, startups, tech, fintech, venture capital, and marketing/advertisement.

The integration of Lookout into GTC will establish a specialist division, enhancing GTC’s ability to guide clients through the complexities of recruitment strategy, particularly for senior-level staffing. It will also broaden GTC’s scope in the telecommunications sector, complementing its existing consultancy and managed services as well as deepening its expertise in the service market.

Marilo Garcia Martin, CEO of Lookout, will transition to the Chief People Officer role at GTC, bringing over a decade of industry experience to the table.
