Italian staffing giant Gi Group announced Tiziano Rodolfo Roseto, chief regional officer, Eastern Europe, took over the position of CEO & country manager of Gi Group Romania starting on 1 September 2023.

Roseto is also CEO and country manager of Gi Group in Bulgaria and Ukraine, where he leads the Alliances Division, developing the group's strategies in regions without a direct presence, such as the Nordics and the Middle East.

As country manager for Romania, Roseto, will take over the implementation of the strategy at the local level, which involves concluding strategic partnerships, ensuring high-quality services for partners, as well as developing the portfolio of services and clients.

Roseto joined the Gi Group team 22 years ago. He recently held the position of chief regional officer, Eastern Europe, where he was responsible for the implementation of the operational and development strategy for the countries of Eastern Europe and the Balkans: Turkey, Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro.

Roseto said, “We set out with a clear objective, that of bringing Gi Group into the top three HR companies in Romania in the next two years. I will also focus my attention on the development and consolidation of Gi Group's presence in Moldova and Bucharest, areas recognised for their growth potential and for the specific needs of the labour market.”
