Germany – Turnover at YoungCapital Germany rises in 2017

30 January 2018

YoungCapital Germany, part of Dutch Recruitment agency YoungCapital, which specialises in the recruitment of young talent, reported record turnover of €7.3 million in 2017.

The group stated that its turnover in 2017 was an increase of 500% from last year.

"Comparing our autonomous growth with the rest gives us a significant market advantage," Karin van der Gragt, Managing Director of YoungCapital Germany, said. "We speak the language of the younger generation like no other and we are glad that a lot of young people turn to us for a part-time job or as a career starter."

Last week, YoungCapital reported a record turnover of €325 million for the full year 2017. For Germany, the group stated that van der Gragt will once again set ambitious growth targets next year. "We aim to invest €15 million in 2018. This growth must, among other things, result from the expansion of our customer base and the opening of two new offices in Hamburg and Munich."

The number of internal employees at YoungCapital Germany rose from 10 to 40 last year.

"Because of the enormous growth, we are literally bursting at the seams, so we have to find larger premises for our headquarters in Cologne,” Van der Gragt said.
