Axel Springer, a German publishing company that also ranks among the world’s largest job board operators, acquired an undisclosed stake in human cloud, ride-sharing firm Uber, according to TechCrunch. Axel Springer owns Germany’s largest newspaper. Job boards it owns include Stepstone, Totaljobs, Jobsite and YourCareer Group, according to a report by Staffing Industry Analysts.
