German-based energy firm De Raj Group announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance agreement with India-based oil and energy staffing firm O&G Skills India.

According to De Raj Group, the agreement paves the way for a takeover of O&G Skills India.

O&G Skills was founded in 2011. The company provides strategic staffing solutions for Oil & Gas, as well as IT/ITES (IT enabled services) Retail, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance), Logistics, FMCG/CD (fast-moving consumer goods/consumer durables), Manufacturing, Automobile, Hospitality, & Pharma in the HRO (HR outsourcing) space.

De Raj Group develops renewable energy projects. It owns and operates strategic equipment/facilities in the Oil & Gas and power generations sectors and provides specialist services. The group is embarking on an international expansion plan in the Middle East and the Asia Pacific region.
