France – Synergie acquires majority stake in tech services firm DCS Easyware

08 June 2018

French staffing firm Synergie announced that it has acquired a 66% stake in the French digital services company DCS Easyware.

Based in Lyon, DCS Easyware has operations in France, Belgium, Spain and the UK and is set to report revenue of approximately €50 million in 2018. The company has nearly 600 employees who specialise in the management and support of IT infrastructure.

“With this acquisition, Synergie is positioning itself in a booming market and, like its industry peers, is rounding out its traditional activities by diversifying into outsourcing, advisory services and technical assistance,” Synergie stated.

According to Synergie, DCS Easyware will contribute complementary expertise to the Synergie group's service offering as well as the resources required to support the group's clients in their digital transition.

Last year the group announced that it had signed an agreement to take over 80% of Völker, an HR firm in Austria. The majority takeover is part of Synergie’s strategy in actively pursuing its development in Europe and around the world.

No further details of the transaction were disclosed.
