France – Proman acquires US-based TalentForce

French staffing firm Proman announced, through its subsidiary Paramount Staffing, that it acquired TalentForce, a US-based temporary staffing firm.

This transaction comes a year after the acquisition of Paramount Staffing, which enabled Proman to establish its footprint in the US market.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

TalentForce operates in eight states including North Carolina, where the company has its headquarters.

With more than 100 full-time core employees in 31 offices, TalentForce focuses on industrial staffing. Paramount Staffing and TalentForce will operate under their respective banner in the US market. Bobby Walker, TalentForce’s current COO will continue running TalentForce and all current team members will remain in place.

With the Talent Force acquisition, Proman will see more than USD 200 million in revenue as well as 250 full-time employees serving more than 800 clients with 55 offices in 12 states.

With this acquisition, Proman signs its tenth international transaction in six years.

The group has a presence in France, Switzerland, England, Belgium, Monaco, Portugal, Luxembourg, Canada, the United States and Spain.

Proman Group said it will exceed the €2 billion in revenue for the full year 2019.
