France – Most young jobseekers use online tools in their job search

According to data from Prism’Emploi, the French association of employment agencies, jobseekers aged 18-25 years of age use the internet in their job search.

The data showed that 54% use the employment centre’s online site, while 50% use job boards and 49% use the websites of free classifieds. Moreover, 28% of young jobseekers use job search social networks such as LinkedIn, Viadeo, etc. and 14% use conventional social networks such as Facebook and Twitter.
