French staffing firm Groupe Crit has agreed to buy UK-based ground handling provider Cobalt Group Solutions for Air France KLM.

Through the purchase of Cobalt, which was founded in 2009 and supplies full handling services at terminals 3 and 4 of London Heathrow Airport, Groupe Crit aims to reinforce its positions on the market for airport assistance services.

Cobalt generates revenues of more than €40 million.

Groupe Crit ranks in the top 5 of the largest staffing firms in France and is among the top 20 of the world’s largest staffing firms.

Further financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
