France – DLSI publishes preliminary full year results, revenue up 12% in constant currency

French staffing firm DLSI SA (ALDLS: PAR) reported consolidated revenue for the full year ending 31 December 2017 of €215.3 million, up 12% in constant currency compared with the same period last year. In reported figures, revenue was up 10%.

“Within an improving French economy, our group continued its double-digit growth during the fourth quarter of 2017, at a higher rate than in the first two quarters,” DLSI announced. “Thus, revenue was up 7.43% for the first half of the year, compared with 12.4% for the second half.

International operations increased by 2.6% compared with 2016.

During the year, DLSI acquired Swiss-based staffing firm Bova Service SA and Lyon-based EMO France, a temporary employment agency that provides qualified carpenters for manufacturing and installation both domestically and internationally. The group also acquired Swiss-based Tiro Personal AG, a firm that provides temporary and permanent placement for various sectors.

Looking ahead the company stated that it is continuing its expansion into nuclear energy and strengthening its international activities, particularly in Switzerland and Luxembourg. The DLSI Group intends to remain aggressive with its acquisitions strategy.

DLSI plans to publish its full annual results on 16 April 2018.

As of last trade, DLSI traded at €26.30, no change on the day and 4.22% below its 52-week high of €27.46, set on 26 June 2017. Based on its current share price the company has a market value of €66.84 million.
