French staffing firm DLSI announced that Raymond Doudot, founder of the DLSI Group and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DLSI, passed away suddenly last week.

Raymond Doudot founded the company in 1992 and the company was listed on market in 2006.

Raymond’s son Thierry Doudot, Chairman of the Management Board, announced that in accordance with legal provisions, the Management Board will convene an ordinary general meeting to be held on Friday, 20 December 2019 in order to announce a replacement in the Supervisory Board.
