French employment agency Crit Intérim will face a third trial regarding a €300,000 fine over the handling of work contracts, according to media reports in Le Figaro and AFP. The Court of Cassation ordered the third trial last Thursday. According to reports, the incidents took place between 2003 and 2005 and involved tens of thousands of temporary workers.
